Review Well from the first listening this album the post rock noise core atmosphere and rhythms is clear from the starter song Scenario anxious and fast on the most songs. Jack and The Bearded Fishermen are active for 6 years now a band from Besancon France playing post heavy rock and in anyway the cannot forsake the 80's independent new York Punk scene like Naked Raygun . Fishermen performed solid sound and will be approved by music fans of post instrumental Bands like Capricorns and Pelican contain vocals and keyboards in a secondary role . Songs like DF Code and Closed are more slow tempo include also some stoner riffs but beware you won't hear many stoner rock riffage from this band. Beginner and Invisible Song (with the recorder Serge Moratel) in vocals includes some fine bass lines and alternative elements and the highlight is the same title track . Recomended to post metal heads and not for 70's retro fans . Places to Hide Cd is energetic monotonic and melodic requires some replays on your cd player to grasp the meaning. Jack and the bearded fishermen Official
